A short piece of work, quoted before it starts, that answers one question: where is your time actually going, and what’s worth fixing first?

We agree which processes we’re looking at, so the scope is set before anyone starts.

We look at your tools and a normal week
Screen-share is fine. We don’t need accounts of our own.

We map where the time goes
Including the workaround someone invented three years ago, which is usually the most useful thing you can show us.

We walk you through what we found
We sit down and go through it with you in plain English, recommendations already ranked.
Your part1 hour
What it costs
The assessment is quoted after the free walkthrough, and agreed in writing before we start. If you begin a first project within 30 days, that amount is credited toward it.
You keep the map and the recommendations whether or not you hire us again.
What happens after
- You do it yourself. It’s written so you can.
- We do the first fix. Scope agreed in writing first.
- You do nothing for now. The map doesn’t expire.
About the assessment
What if you find nothing worth fixing?
Then we say so, and the assessment costs you nothing. It doesn’t happen often, but a business that already runs cleanly deserves to hear that rather than be sold a project.
Do I have to do the walkthrough first?
Yes. It’s free, it takes 30 minutes, and it’s how we work out whether the assessment is even the right next step for you.
Who needs to be involved?
You, and one or two people who do the work day to day. We’d rather take twenty minutes of their time than guess.
Will this disrupt the business?
No. Nothing changes while we’re looking. We take notes and ask questions; we don’t touch your systems until you’ve agreed a piece of work.
