For businesses with roughly 3 to 50 people

Less admin for your small business.

We take the repetitive work off your week — paperwork, follow-ups, invoicing, scheduling — using the tools you already have, so your day goes to the parts of the business that actually need you. No new system to buy and learn.

The decisions stay with you. That’s deliberate.

How this worked for one business

After-school cooking classes, run out of an inbox

Kitchen Club runs cooking and baking classes in schools across the Bay Area. Instructor onboarding, each school’s background-check rules, the recipes, the scheduling and every invoice ran through one founder’s inbox.

The part that couldn’t slip was compliance. Every school sets its own requirements before an instructor is allowed on site, and an instructor turned away at the door on the first day of class is a different kind of problem from a late invoice.

  • Onboarding that asks once, instead of over four rounds of email
  • Each school’s compliance rules written down and tracked per instructor
  • One view of the season: who’s locked in, what still needs a decision
The season overview she opens each morning: how ready the season is, and the two things that need her today.

Big companies have operations teams.
Small businesses have you.

A larger company spreads this across six departments

A small business has

You

Larger companies have whole teams working on how the business runs. Small-business owners do that same work themselves, on top of customers, staff and everything else.

AutomateSmall brings that kind of operational help to smaller businesses, sized and priced for them.

“I’ll just do it myself” isn’t always free.

Manual work rarely shows up as an expense. It shows up as your time.

10 hours a week

About 500 hours a year

That’s around 12.5 full work weeks.

What would you do with 500 hours back?

No dollar conversion, no revenue claims. The point is to make invisible time visible.

How working with us works

Clear steps. A written quote before any work starts. No long contracts.

Step 1

Free walkthrough

You show us a normal week. We tell you honestly whether we can help.

Free30 minutes, video or phone

Step 2

Operations assessment

We map how work flows today and give you 3–5 fixes, ranked by time saved, each with a cost. You keep it whether or not you hire us.

Step 3

First fix

We solve one meaningful problem completely before touching anything else.

Quoted before we startScope and timeline in writing before we start

Step 4 — optional

Care plan

We keep things running when your tools change, make small updates and check in monthly.

Monthly, quoted with the projectCancel anytime

We know every dollar matters.

Use what you already have

Don’t replace working systems.

Start small

Solve one problem that matters before tackling ten.

Start where it hurts

Lost time, errors, missed follow-ups, late payments.

Keep it simple

The simplest thing that works is usually right.

We build it. We teach you. You run it.

  • Plain-English documentation
  • Training for you and your team
  • Maps of how each process works
  • Accounts and admin access in your name
  • A handover session

If you’d rather not look after it yourself, the care plan covers that. Your choice, never a requirement.

Your business, your data

Accounts stay in your name. You grant access, and you can remove it any time.

We only touch the information a job needs.

We never sell or share your data.

Health or children’s records? We’ll tell you upfront what’s required, and we won’t take on work we can’t handle properly.

Questions owners ask

How much does this cost?

The walkthrough is free. Everything after it is quoted once we have seen how your business actually runs — the assessment after the walkthrough, the first project after the assessment. You get a written quote before any work starts.

What happens on the free walkthrough?

You tell us about a normal week: where the time goes, what falls through the cracks. We’ll say honestly whether we can help. There’s no slide deck and no pressure to buy anything.

Do I have to replace my software?

Usually not. We start with what you already use, and only suggest something new when it clearly saves more than it costs.

How long does it take?

We give you the timeline in writing along with the price, before anything starts. It depends almost entirely on how many tools are involved and how much of the work lives in somebody’s head.

What if my tools change, or you’re not around?

Everything is documented so another person could maintain it. If you’d rather not deal with updates yourself, the care plan covers them.

Is my data safe?

We use the access you grant, only for the job at hand, and you can revoke it at any time.

Do you use AI?

Sometimes, where it’s the simplest reliable way to do a job — like sorting incoming documents or drafting a reminder. It always sits inside a process we design, and you approve anything that matters. We pick whatever does the job most simply.
